  • How Can I Pay For My Online Purchase?

  • Why Has My Order Been Cancelled
    If your item has sold out, we’ll notify you by email/text to confirm the cancellation and refund your order. If your order has multiple items, we’ll refund the out of stock item and send out the rest of your order.
  • Will I Get a Suit Bag With My Online Purchase?
    As our prices are so very competitive, Suits do not come with a suit bag. They will however be shipped in protective packaging. Please steam/iron your purchase for best presentation after postage transit.
  • How Do I Know What Size I Am?

  • Where Is My Order?
    Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you haven’t received this, please check your junk mail. ** During peak sale times (Christmas, Boxing Day, Flash sales etc) we can experience delays with dispatch up to 3 days due to the volume of orders received.
  • How Much Does Delivery Cost & How Long Does It Take?
    Free Shipping on all orders exceeding $100 Orders can take up to 24-48 hours to be processed and dispatched. Australian Domestic:once dispatched, orders can take 1-10 business days to arrive, depending on your location. See guideline below: Sydney: 1-2 business days NSW, VIC, QLD: 2-5 business days WA, NT, SA, TAS: 5-10 business days
  • Do You Offer International Delivery?
    Currently we do not offer international delivery.
  • Can I Return My Online Purchase?

  • How Long Will My Online Return Take To Process?
    Online Returns By Post - once we’ve received your returned item/s, please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed (peak times may take longer).
